The Langley Foundation
The Langley Foundation was formed in 2011 to assist parents of pupils seeking to join Durham School. Through its fundraising, the Foundation is able to offer bursary assisted places to those children who, without assistance, would not be able to access the fantastic education and opportunities available at Durham School.
The Foundation is named after the School's founder, Thomas Langley and the history of the School dates as far back as 1414. The School will soon be celebrating its 600th year, and all our Corporate Partners will be able to join in the celebrations in marking this very special date in the School's history.
Education should concern the whole of a child's personality, so we offer places to those who are likely to benefit the most from the complete education at Durham School. Our bursary places are also up to 100% funded, making a huge difference to those who truly need assistance.
The Langley Foundation is a Company Limited by Guarantee and is registered at The Charities Commission. The Foundation's board of Trustees act on behalf of the Charity's supporters.
