Netball at Durham School
Netball is the major sport in the Spring Term but training and the area tournament take place in the Christmas term as preparation.
Netball is played on the astro-turf and in the Budworth Sports hall and at times 11 teams have been playing together, giving a large number of girls the opportunity to enjoy the sport.
Links with the Netball Academy are close and many girls play in the academy as well as at school.
There is the opportunity for girls of all levels to play competitively and recreationally enabling health and fitness to be improved alongside the skills and teamwork. Inter-house competitions also take place in the Easter term.

Testimonials
"Durham School offers a host of opportunities for all interests. Our son enjoys everything he has encountered – but especially music, where the dedication and the ability of the staff is remarkable. We can’t keep him away!"
