Gym and Fitness at Durham School

We have a very well designed strength & conditioning room and ergo room which has a range of cardiovascular and strength training equipment to suit all team players and pupils. The pupils are given excellent instruction on how to use the equipment safely and effectively as well as on how to develop their own training programmes. The strength and conditioning room gets a lot of use during games time as well as during the pupils’ free time. This facility means that all our pupils’ training needs are fulfilled.
