Cross Country at Durham School
Cross-country is an optional sport in the Christmas and Easter terms. Each year a sizeable number of our pupils represent the School at the Inter Schools Cross-country Championships held in early December. Durham School pupils often finish in the top 16 in their age group at this event and consequently go on to represent the County in further competitions. The House Cross-country runs, which are held each year in the Easter Term and in which the majority of our pupils take part, are keenly contested, with trophies to be won both by individuals and by House teams.next event

Testimonials
"Jon-Ross has attended Durham School since he was 11 years old. He really enjoys the school, both on the academic side and all the activities. He has gained confidence and a respect for himself and others. His academic achievement has improved in all areas, which has given him the confidence to reach for the sky. I can only say that Jon-Ross loves Durham school and enjoys it completely and when you enjoy something learning comes easy.
