Langley Foundation Mission Statement

The Langley Foundation exists to, to raise funds for the provision of means-tested bursary assistance to parents of pupils seeking to join Durham School.  

It relies for its funding solely on the generosity and commitment of its supporters, comprising Old Dunelmians, Current and Former Parents, and other friends of the School, both individual and corporate.

The policies of the Foundation are formulated by its Trustees acting on behalf of the charity's supporters.

The Langley Foundation is a Registered Charity (Charity No.......... ) and a Company Limited by Guarantee (Reg. Co. No. 07788700)
