Alnwick win the House Sports Day Trophy at Bow

Congratulations to all who took part in Bow’s annual Sports Day on Monday 21 June and especially to all who won their events.They were: Jack March, Charlotte Davison, Robert Milbanke (50m); Jack Brennan, James Hughes (800m); Harry Tait, James Hughes (400m); Harry Burnard, Morgan Forbes, Josh O'Brien (100m); Jack Brennan, Jed Howey, Charlotte Davison (75m); Philip Chapman (1500m); Jamie Whitaker, Niall Butler, Ben Evans, Brandon Joss (200m); William Elliott, Josh O'Brien (cricket ball); Rory Green, Jack March (shot); Patrick Dawson, Jed Howey (high jump); Jack Brennan, Ben Dalton (long jump); James Hughes (triple jump).
Bamburgh won the Junior 4 x 100m relay (Greg Raine, Jack March, William Elliott, Jack Brennan) while Alnwick won the Senior 4 x 100m relay (Josh O’Brien, Sam Johnston, Jed Howey, Robert Milbanke).
Bamburgh and Alnwick won respectively the Junior and Senior House competitions. At the end of an exciting and competitive event held ona beautiful summer’s afternoon, Alnwick were declared the overall winners with Bamburgh the runners-up.
