The "Perfect Venue" Wedding Fayre
(12 July 2010)
The School's first ever Wedding Fayre held on Sunday 11 July 2010 was declared a huge success by exhibitors and over 200 visitors. The latter were not only able to see for themselves why Durham School is the "perfect venue" for their "perfect day" but also visit a wide variety of stalls where the very best local suppliers of wedding services were exhibiting. Pictured are visitors Richard Curry (OD) and his fiancee Stephanie who plan to marry in the School's chapel next year. The following businesses exhbited at our Perfect Venue Wedding Fayre on Sunday 11 July:

Testimonials
"When you join the school, you get a buddy who is there to help you around the House and she is just like a big sister. I found that I soon made friends with all the other girls in MacLeod and many of the Pimlico girls. So settling in was not as scary and hard as I thought it would be - it was actually quite fun!
"
Emily Phillips (MacLeod, Year 9)
