End-of-term treat for our youngest pupils

End-of-term treat for our youngest pupils

(01 July 2009)

The pupils of the Badger Nursery and the Reception class were treated to a magical afternoon's entertainment on Wednesday 1st July when local magician and children's entertainer Mr Windbags paid Bow, Durham School a special visit. On a very warm afternoon Mr Windbags enthralled all the children with his humour and his tricks. Several of the childen were invited to the front to help Mr Windbags and all played their part to perfection! It was a memorable way to round off the term and the school year.

Testimonials

"When you join the school, you get a buddy who is there to help you around the House and she is just like a big sister. I found that I soon made friends with all the other girls in MacLeod and many of the Pimlico girls. So settling in was not as scary and hard as I thought it would be - it was actually quite fun! "
Emily Phillips (MacLeod, Year 9)
